Replacements are a fixed price of $99, which includes a 10-year manufacturer warranty and installation by one of our licensed electricians.

We only install high-quality, Australian-made photoelectric alarms — when it comes to safety, we don't compromise by offering cheap or 'free' entry-level alarms for rental properties.

How do you handle tenancy changes and billing?

Unlimited 'Change of Tenancy' visits are included in your Essential Compliance Plan.

We coordinate everything directly with your Property Manager, and your annual billing remains consistent.

Why are the 'Compliance Add-Ons' separate from the 'Essential Plan'?

To keep your costs as low as possible:

Many properties don't require water efficiency or blind cord checks each year.

By keeping these as add-ons, you only pay for the specific compliance services your property needs at the time.

Note: You may choose to have the Compliance Add-Ons done each year, just so you know everything's sorted.
